About Program

The Propella Internship Experience offers international students and recent graduates the chance to develop their careers in Costa Rica through hands-on, meaningful internships. This program combines professional placements, Spanish language development, and full cultural immersion in one of the most vibrant and sustainable destinations in the world.

Participants live with a host family, attend weekly Spanish lessons, and gain practical skills in areas such as Tourism, Event Planning, Education, Environmental Sustainability, Marketing, and Sports Management. Each internship includes local mentorship, cultural activities, and ongoing guidance from the Propella team.

Program Durations:
4 Weeks – Introductory Internship
8 Weeks – Standard Internship
12 Weeks – Full-Cycle Internship
