The DREAM Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that implements education and community development programs on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Each year, we offer Fellowship programs, where you will gain the opportunity to develop skills in education, international development and non-profit organization management while being immersed in a dynamic multicultural and multilingual environment.

Fellowship dates: August 10, 2026 – August 6, 2027

Requirements:
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish skills
- Experience teaching or working with children and/or youth
- At least 21 years of age before starting the program
- One-year commitment
- Adaptable and flexible
