About Program

Live and learn in the rural Andes while supporting communities facing interconnected challenges in health, gender equality and education. This internship gives you the chance to work alongside local schools, the health centre, youth groups and community leaders to address issues such as teenage pregnancy, child malnutrition, limited access to healthcare, and educational inequality.

You’ll help design workshops, deliver activities, support young mothers, strengthen school programmes, and create resources that empower women and youth to make informed decisions about their futures.

We call it an internship, but it’s really more than that — an opportunity to co-create personalised, socially impactful projects with local families, teachers and public institutions. Guided by our Design Thinking methodology, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your leadership and intercultural skills, and contribute to meaningful and lasting change in a safe, welcoming community.
