Thank YOU Ambassadeur Francophone

Happy for the journey with Ambassadeur Francophone, my hotel À la cour d'alsace in Obernai, is a beautiful property to work with and I am excited for the journey ahead.

I saved 3000Euros by getting selected for Ambassadeur Francophone's program. The entire process was smooth including the visa process. Their team helped even to get a longer visa duration so I can visit Europe. I thank from my heart the entire team of Ambassadeur Francophone for their support and guidance. Signing off;) I would recommend this program!!

Loved the ALPES !

I am truly grateful to the Ambassadeur Francophone team for finding me an internship in the French Alps, something I’ve always wanted. I had the opportunity to work at a 4-star hotel, La Villa Castellane, where I learned to prepare Carré de Porc aux herbes du Domaine du Ferret and many other French-inspired dishes. I’m especially thankful to my chef and colleagues for their warm welcome and support throughout this journey. This experience has been a significant step in my culinary career and I'm incredibly happy to have lived it!

A Truly Memorable Experience in Alsace

Thanks to Ambassadeur Francophone, I had the chance to intern in Alsace, as an Indian hospitality student, it was a dream come true.

Working alongside skilled chefs, I gained hands-on experience with French culinary techniques and kitchen management. The focus on local ingredients and attention to detail in every dish was inspiring.

Living in Alsace was equally enriching: beautiful villages, vibrant markets made me feel right at home. This experience not only improved my skills but also deepened my appreciation for French culture. Highly recommended for anyone passionate about hospitality!

What was your funniest moment?
One of the funniest moments happened when I mistakenly added sugar instead of salt to a batch of soup. I didn’t realize it until the head chef tasted it and made the most dramatic face I’ve ever seen!
