About Program
ACIPP Ghana internships in Rural & Community Health are hosted at Africa Atlantic. Africa Atlantic is a commercial farming venture located on the shores of Lake Volta, which works within the local community to focus on sustainability in all areas of development. Interns will help to lead weekly health education meetings in the rural communities near the farm, aid in monthly health screenings in communities, as well as assist with various health education-related projects and initiatives. Thus, interns should possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as capability working with a team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health or a related field.
