Divemaster Internship and Marine Conservation on Gili Air

3WDive is looking for awesome divers or non-divers who want to become divemasters.

Our SSI divemaster program provides you with everything you need for a future in diving - work experience, networks, references and up to 6 months of unlimited access to our shop with as much diving as you can manage!

3W divemasters are able to define their own internship, with a designated instructor to mentor you throughout your internship and the ability to follow your interests. Want to learn more about marine biology? Master your fish ID and learn about coral in our Ocean Gardener coral farming program. Want to master underwater photography? We will work with you to perfect your skills while handling an underwater camera.

We offer our divemaster to all levels, even if you've just started to dive. We'll help you get ready to start the course!
