About Program
Salam LADC in Zahle, Lebanon seeks a dedicated ESL Coordinator to join our team, helping low-income Lebanese populations and Syrian and Palestinian refugees learn English and gain economic mobility. Commit to a minimum of 6 months and manage our ESL program, currently serving 100+ beneficiaries.
Responsibilities:
Train and support teachers
Oversee class administration
Develop a tailored curriculum
Teach classes and ensure smooth induction of new students
Monitor the progression of students and classes
Shadow teachers to offer feedback
Enjoy your weekends, and stay in a free room with other volunteers in our Zahle home.
