About Program
The Rikai Exchange Hub or REH is Rikai Academy’s center for international student exchange. By bridging global synergy with real-world projects in a high-tech ecosystem, the Hub fosters professional skills and international networking through industry-relevant, practical learning.
Students acquire practical experience by working directly at Rikai Vietnam, a technology firm characterized by a multinational environment and adherence to international standard work processes.
The program is structured around a Work - Learn - Grow model, integrating practical work with skills training. Students engage in real projects and essential communication.
Upon completion, students receive a Certificate of Completion, internship confirmation, and performance evaluation. Rikai also supports portfolio development and provides reference letters, which can be used for job applications, scholarships, or credit transfer.
