Alumni Spotlight: Michell Ingman

Why did you decide to study abroad with AIFS in Syndey and Fiji?

Michell: I chose to study abroad with AIFS in Sydney and Fiji because I had such a great experience on their England 2010 Summer trip. AIFS has a great reputation with over exceeding my expectations. I knew that once I decided to go to Australia for a semester in 2011, AIFS was going to be my first pick. I let them take care of all of the scary details that come with traveling. AIFS is always on top of their game so I was always at ease.

What made your study abroad experience unique and special?

Michell: Staying with host families in Fiji was quite the experience and completely exhilarating. Fijians are probably the nicest people in the world. Also, the city of Sydney is beautiful and there is so much always happening that it was easy to find something to do. All of the activities were completely exciting and different than the normal at-home routine. Also, I was very keen about the different animals that Australia has! Take it from me, You will not want to leave Australia!
