What is your favorite travel memory?
Traveling to any place in the mighty Himalayas. I have done many expeditions and have traveled to many towns in the Himalayas. Every visit is one of a kind and it definitely brings me back to life! The favorite of them all have been the Valley of Flowers in Uttrakhand. A trek leading to the magical valley full of exotic flowers which leaves you mesmerizing and in awe of the beauty of nature. One of the once in the lifetime visit destination!
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
First and foremost, is getting the right people in the right seat! Company is its people. Everyone in the company should have a specific and a common goal to work. I believe that great things in business are not done by one person, they are done by a team of people!
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Yes, I have. Merely interacting with a worldwide customer base has not only made me to get use to the different approach to each customer but has also given me a significant experience in understanding the international market. Personally, I have become more compassionate and a strong believer of giving back to the society.

After successful 10 years in the field with more than 30 destinations, Vol Sol has brought the world closer! We provide the best of both the Worlds. Volunteers help at the grass root level, meet and interact with the locals and discover the country in the best possible way. A one stop haven for all the Volun - travelers!!
Describe a time when you felt especially proud to be part of your current team.
During the Nepal Earthquakes, we and our volunteers worked at the grass root level to cater to the needy with our service. One proud moment, after everything settled was to see the place and the people returning back to their daily life and cherry on the top was Vol Sol being honored by Kanti Children's hospital.
