What is your favorite travel memory?

I was living in U.S. for about 8 years. I have visited a lot places in U.S. and the most memorable trip was in Puerto Rico. In the small island, I could see the magic Luminous sea water and the Milky Way at night. The incredible nature stuns me and I was so touched by our amazing world. My feet cannot move because the beautiful scene.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since I joined the team and started to help a lot of young people travel to China, experiencing a very different culture from the west countries, I could feel the joy and challenge. I could feel that I'm not just "working", but also helping to build up a bridge of friendship between China and other countries. It's fun to show and train the youth to know about China. It makes me feel this is not just a job, but also come with the sense of mission to help the world to know about China.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

A lot people are not familiar with China before they actually come once. We have a student who loved China so much after he joined the program, and he decided to apply for the university in Beijing. He has finished his study now and also wants to stay here for getting a job. Chinese culture was so attractive to him and he almost decided to stay here in the future. This is very amazing!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

Our company also has an au pair program for the U.S and France. Since I already lived in U.S. for 8 years, I would like to spend some time to learn about Europe's culture. Although they both belong to Western culture, they definitely are different. I would like to see the difference, experiencing the difference and enrich my life experience.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Our company is the first Au Pair company in China and we are the only agency in China that has won the IAPA international Au Pair award so far. This shows the professionalism of our service and our advancement.

I'm proud to see our company's growth in the recent years, and we have successfully developed a lot of different programs. We're able to offer all these valuable opportunities for all the youth from all over the world.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Positive attitude, creativity mindset and team spirit.

A group of people could share their ideas and work closely to make every step more firm and steady. Everyone in Lopair always try to help each other and provide their ideas to inspire each other. This is a very big help to extend your mindset and work things out from different aspects.
