What is your favorite travel memory?

My favourite travel memory is of a summer I spent in the USA, living and working in NYC with 5 of my best friends. It was great to get a taste of life in the big apple while working as a doorman in an apartment building in the exclusive Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. It is definitely a summer I will ever forget.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since joining The TEFL Academy, I have learned so much from our diverse team. I have heard so many awesome stories of their travels all around the globe. It has been really inspiring and it motivates me to do a good job every day so that as many people as possible get the chance to experience the joy of travel too!

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

One of the best stories that I have heard was from a returning student that traveled around South East Asia for 2 years. His time spent in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand sounded absolutely amazing. I was incredibly jealous of him and I was very close to dropping everything and going out there myself!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I think our Combined Level 5 TEFL Course would be the one for me! The blend of online tuition and classroom session is really beneficial as some employers prefer a significant portion of your TEFL qualification to be face-to-face rather than purely online. This, coupled with the fact that the official recognition from government-regulated awarding bodies both in the US and the UK, would make me among the most employable TEFL teachers out there.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Along with the really excellent courses that we provide to students, I feel that the level of service that The TEFL Academy provides is truly unique. Our tutors and customer service team really go the extra mile when it comes to helping our students become the best possible TEFL teachers they can be. I would say that I am proud of the work that they put in every day!

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

I believe that a successful company needs to 100% customer focused. Providing a service that reacts to the demands of the market at a given time. I feel that The TEFL Academy does this really well by provided the best courses in terms of international accreditation, being highly flexible in learning options and an accessible price.
