What is your favorite travel memory?

My favorite travel memory has to be a family trip to the island of Milos with my children. This was 25 years ago when Milos was still a hidden gem—completely untouched and peaceful. We spent two amazing weeks there, soaking up the beautiful nature and enjoying quality family time away from everything. Those days felt almost magical, like stepping into a paradise where time slowed down. It’s a memory I cherish deeply because it wasn’t just a vacation; it was a moment of pure connection and discovery with my loved ones.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since starting here, I’ve learned so much from my colleagues and grown in many ways. I’m more confident now—something I definitely didn’t have before. I like to think I’m a bit wiser too, but maybe that’s just the years talking! Working with such a supportive team has made a huge difference in my professional and personal growth. Every day brings new challenges and lessons, and that keeps me motivated to keep improving.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I have heard so many wonderful stories from students who come back, it’s hard to pick just one. But one thing always stands out: their deep gratitude. They often tell me how much the experience changed their lives, not just their Spanish skills. Hearing that kind of appreciation never gets old—it’s like fuel for our work here. It reminds me that the little things we do can have a big impact, and that makes me really proud.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would choose the Spanish Hotel Immersion Program in Cádiz because it’s perfect for teams who want to learn together in a relaxed, comfortable hotel setting. Unlike a traditional homestay, this program offers full board accommodation with all the hotel comforts while still providing expert teaching and immersive experiences. With local guides and teachers, you explore Cádiz’s history, culture, and delicious cuisine as a group. It’s a fantastic way to combine learning Spanish with team building, all while enjoying a vibrant city and making unforgettable memories together.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

What makes our company special is the respect we show each other every single day. It creates a wonderful environment where everyone feels valued and supported. I feel proud of the team all the time, honestly! We work hard but also care deeply about our students and each other. That respect and dedication are what make our company stand out and make me proud to be part of it.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

For me, the secret to success is having a great leader and an amazing team behind them. A good leader inspires and guides, but it’s the team that makes things happen. Also, having innovative projects and the determination to see them through to the end is essential. Without passion and commitment, even the best ideas stay just ideas. So, it’s the mix of strong leadership, teamwork, and follow-through that really makes a company thrive.
