What country have you always wanted to visit?

Kenya -- the most peaceful and gorgeous place in the world. Located in Africa, very far away from China. Going to a place that is totally different from where I live, would be a really exciting experience.

Escaping from the modern city, no noise, and no fickleness, just a pretty quiet land to enjoy. Being able to enjoy their unique culture, harmonious environment and being friends with their nature. Fully immersed in Kenya, forgetting about where I come from and who I am.

What language have you always wanted to learn and why?

Japanese. For two reasons: 1) Some Japanese characters look similar with the Chinese, so I guess it might be a easier option compared to other languages (especially Thai -- the most complicated language in the world I think). Although some of the characters are the same, Japanese and Chinese have totally different meaning, however I think it would be exciting to learn about this differences.

2) Knowing more about the Japanese culture and history for example: Tea ceremony, Samurai Culture, Manga, etc. Heard a lot about them before but never had a chance to get familiar with these interesting things and learning the language would help.

What unique qualities does your company possess?

Systematic evaluation standard and strict promotion system: Every teacher from our full-time teachers group is well trained by our teaching & researching department, and gets a score monthly based on their daily performance. So they are very strict with themselves and competition among them is really hot.

Innovation and creation: In order to better accommodate our student’s requirements we put a lot of effort in updating our learning materials. The E-learning platform allows our students access to a number of digital resources as long as they have Internet connection.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Strong team spirit and collective consciousness. Union is strength, union is power. A company can not win a long term success if everybody only cares about his/her own interest without thinking about others. Only when all of us gather together and contribute as possible will companies grow stronger and stronger.
