With over 1 million monthly visitors and 30,000+ reviews, Go Overseas connects travelers who want to go abroad and those who have been there. As a company of seasoned travelers, we know firsthand what a stressful and difficult experience it is to find reliable information about programs abroad. Our mission is to give you the knowledge and confidence to choose the right program for your next adventure.

We’re hiring an enthusiastic relationship-focused teammate to help grow our provider partnerships and support the 10,000 who already list their programs on Go Overseas.

You’ll be responsible for managing the early stages of our provider relationships. The first impressions you make through that work will make the difference in which providers list their programs, and reviews, with us vs a competitor. You’ll be the touch point for thousands of providers so need to love working with people and providers all over the world. We use HubSpot to nurture those folks so you need to be comfortable building systems, testing messaging, and tracking success in reaching the huge number of providers we host. You will report directly to our Partnerships Director.

Location: Remote (North America preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Support the thousands of non-client providers we host on Go Overseas
    • Act as point person for their questions
    • Manage the content and messaging we send them en masse via HubSpot
    • Optimize the non-client dashboard and content review systems
    • Increase provider engagement through monthly newsletters
  • Recommend qualified providers for conversations with our subscription sales team
    • Book demos and help track their success
  • Help build out our new CRM (HubSpot)
    • Create content for publication and sharing with our providers
    • Score the interactions that content produces
    • Automate messaging and workflows to engage providers at key moments
  • Advocate for our non-clients (the majority of providers on the site)
  • Support and supply coverage to the rest of the Partner Growth team
  • Help manage profile, listing, and review content submitted to Go Overseas
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Highly organized—Able to communicate with dozens of providers a day while advancing other projects
  • Data-driven—Excited to test out messaging and notifications for optimal engagement rates
  • Empathetic—Truly cares about the providers we host on Go Overseas, their needs and frustrations
  • Positivity—Maintain a positive attitude throughout communications with providers
Benefits
  • Salary: $35,000 - $45,000
  • 15 days paid vacation
