About Program
The National Registration Center for Study Abroad (NRCSA) welcomes students from around the world to come improve their Arabic language skills at the NRCSA Center in Cairo, Egypt. The program is split into two separate components, to cover both the spoken Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (ECA) and the written Modern Standard Arabic (MSA).
Most opt to study both ECA and MSA, but they can be taken individually as well. Both components are taught for ten hours each week, Monday through Friday, for a total of 20 hours for the whole program. Students will be placed in an appropriate language level upon arrival to the program, so that their time is used in the most efficient manner possible. Accommodations during the program can be found in a student residency, shared flat, or hotels.
