About Program

Our General English programme is designed to facilitate language acquisition and its practical application in students' daily routines. Our curriculum encourages the gradual improvement of language skills. While priority is given to oral proficiency to improve fluency, our course covers comprehensive aspects including English usage, reading, listening, writing and speaking.

Delivered over five days a week, from Monday to Friday, the course comprises a total of 20 lessons per week. Each lesson is thoughtfully designed to span 45 minutes, collectively totalling three hours of engaging instruction per day.

- 20 lessons per week
- A maximum of 12 students in a class
- For students 13 years and older
- Beginner to Advanced level
- Progress test every 5 weeks

The Best Language Learning Experience in Malta

My experience at inlingua Malta was truly exceptional. The school offers a perfect balance of professionalism, quality teaching, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The teachers are highly qualified and focus heavily on speaking practice, which helped me improve my confidence in a very short time. The small class sizes make learning much more effective, as the lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s needs.

The administrative team is incredibly supportive from the first day. They help with everything—from registration and accommodation to activities and general guidance—making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The school’s social activities were also a great opportunity to meet people from all around the world and practice English in real everyday situations.

If you are looking for a school where you can truly develop your English skills, feel supported, and enjoy Malta at the same time, I highly recommend inlingua Malta. It’s a wonderful environment for both learning and personal growth.

What is your advice to future travelers on this program?
If you are planning to join this program, my biggest piece of advice is to enjoy every moment and take advantage of all the opportunities the school offers. Be open to speaking from day one—even if you feel shy—because the teachers create a very safe and encouraging environment. Join the social activities, explore Malta with your classmates, and don’t hesitate to ask the staff for help; they are always supportive. This program is a perfect balance of learning, cultural exchange, and fun, so make the most of it!
