Je ne pourrais pas decider entre un sejour linguistique en France avec une amie, ou à Fare Om à Moorea, que j'ai déjà visité. Du coup, j'ai fait le bon décision, c'est clair! Bref, je te recommand la pareil. Ça vaut la coût, parce que ça serait nickel pour toi." This was an exercise we did, responding to a friend's question about how our year had been, with the brief to utilise the maximum number of French expressions and slang that we had been learning. But to be honest, it's all true! The only exaggeration would be the use of the word "meilleur" because I've been fortunate to have experienced a lot of great travel in my life. But it would not be an exaggeration to say that I could happily return to Fare Om many times more in the future and I hope that I do. The French immersion is fantastic and my level of speaking and comprehension has improved enormously thanks to my 2 stays there. Isa and every member of the team are beyond wonderful, as are all the experiences of nature in the tropical paradise which is Moorea, and insights in to the Polynesian culture, which are included in the well thought out program. Then there's the marvellous food: delicious, fresh, varied, and always so beautifully presented - also a highlight for me! I can't recommend a stay with Fare Om highly enough!

Loved everything about the experience and it is one of the best things I ever decided to do. Moorea is a beautiful island and I felt like I got to experience it fully (land and sea) through the program. The whole team was incredibly welcoming and patient, it felt like we were family. I wasn't sure how much I'd pick up from immersion having previously lived in France but being in this environment specifically for learning was completely different and I felt way more confident speaking french by the end.
