Afro Edge

Afroedge was founded in February 2012 and has been involved in working with volunteers through international work camps since 2009 at its inception. The formation of Afroedge was a response to requests by people participating in our work through visits and previously held international camps to engage people from different backgrounds to share their experiences and skills towards achieving sustainable community development. Afroedge is different from other volunteer organizations because of its strong emphasis on linking volunteerism to development.

Our obligation is collectively working with local and international communities to support and empower children and youth through volunteer activities and sustainable development initiatives for the benefit of present and future generations. We seek to engage people from all walks of life to offer their expertise, skills, and passion in making the world a better place for all.
