A good number of young people engage in sporting activities for fun and recreational purposes. There is however a lot of young people from the grassroots who possess good talent but lack opportunities to attain a living through the natural sporting gift due to lack of professional coaching or training. Soccer today is one of the most paying professions worldwide and a key contributor to the economy of a country. At Afro Edge, we believe that volunteers play a critical role in supporting young people discover their skills and gifts in sports. We facilitate volunteer attachment to established soccer teams in Victoria Falls in the second division to impart their expertise and know how in approaching soccer both as a sport and an enterprise.
