Federation EIL

The Federation EIL is the non profit membership association that represents The Experiment in International Living worldwide. 23 autonomous national organizations participate in Federation EIL today. Collectively, these members form this worldwide network. The Experiment in International Living has more than 80 years of national and international leadership in cultural exchange.

The Experiment in International Living is distinguished by its core values and guiding principles which include the organization's not for profit status, its commitment to the safety and well being of its participants and its endorsement of the principles of equality, inclusiveness, sustainability and diversity.

An Experiment program is not a trip or a tour. Experiment programs enable participants to engage in essential international, intercultural experiences and develop greater global awareness. We believe that we can promote peace through understanding.
