The Scholasticum

We are a graduate Institute of Medieval Studies dedicated to reviving the study of Scholastic Theology and Philosophy. Our three 2-year core study programs focus on Medieval Biblical Studies, Scholastic Philosophy and Medieval Theology according to the Four Books of Sentences by Master Peter Lombard. Our Faculty is comprised by an international association of Scholars who have dedicated their academic research to the Study of one or more aspects of Medieval Scholasticism. All our courses are in English. Our courses are geared to the Academic with a B.A., M.A. or Ph.D., who wants highly specialized formation in one or more of our core studies.
