Something You Don't Want To Miss Out On!!

Voyager Europe was one of the most special experiences of my life. Not only was the experiences educational but it was life changing! I learned a lot about every single country we went to such as popular food dishes (you will have a hard time being a vegetarian in Europe! ), nightlife and historical sites. This program not only had classes in a classroom setting but the program planners organised for classes outside the classroom setting in the form of walking tours in each city we visited and other fun things like cooking classes, tapas tastings and visits to many of the countries' most successful and interesting businesses! Mike who was the program organiser is amazing and extremely helpful and understanding, he and the other voyager staff plan out everything for you so you have no stress and they also allow for free time and free days in each country so you can do whatever you like during that time as well. The Itinerary fit so many events in just a short amount of time which allows you to make the most of the little time spent in Europe (1 month for our group). The best part of the trip are the amazing hotels rooms, all 4 or 5 star hotels which really help with the hectic travel itinerary. Overall I would definitely say that this is a program that you would not want to miss out on, as the friend you will make and the experiences you will have are unforgettable. I would for sure sign up for this program again!

What would you improve about this program?
The travel itinerary can be less stressful for students as it can be very tiring, therefore students should be prepared for little sleep, however this would be the case for most study abroad programs in Europe.

The best ever!!!!!

Voyager Europe was an experience like no other, previously I have been on one other study abroad program but it was no comparison. When I picked Voyager Europe I had no idea what I was getting myself into, a month seems like a long time, but trust me when I say it goes by fast. Everything was organized and we didn't leave a city without learning about the cultures and I got 6 hours of college credit and unlike my friends study program we weren't forced to be in a classroom all day everyday. Mike made sure that our learning experience was not just textbook based. I loved everything about this program and loved how it was organized and we were lucky enough to get multiple free days to explore the different cities on our terms. In Berlin on one of our free days a group of us went on a Segway tour, and then went biking through the streets we ended the day watching Germany play soccer in the fan zone. My favorite thing about Voyager Europe is that Mike makes sure that we have the best time because he knows its our trip! 10/10 would recommend!

A fabulous immersion into Spanish culture

Before my program I had visited Madrid on vacation but after leaving I still knew very little about Spain. This prompted my decision to study abroad there. Following Voyager Spain I left with full knowledge of its history, geography, government, music, and culture. It was so amazing to learn about Spain in the classroom and then see everything we learned first hand in each city we visited. Spain is a beautifully unique and diverse county with a rich history and I am glad I was able to explore it alongside new friends during my month with Voyager.

What would you improve about this program?
There could be some minor adjustments to the scheduling to make the days better and its nice to have days off from activities for individual exploration.

Fun Learning Experience!

Are you on for the challenge to travel from place to place in one month? Do you like to travel to Europe? Are you interested in learning the history and culture of places in Europe? If you answered YES to all of these question then Voyager Europe is for you! If not, then you can still continue reading. Voyager Europe is a program that helps student know about places in Europe in the best way possible which is by being immersed to the culture itself and safe at the same time. Most if not all, of your learning happens outside the classroom. Not only do you learn but you can definitely get credit for it! How amazing is that! By the time you finish the program you will feel a sense of accomplishment! Well at least that's what I felt after doing the program twice (Summer of 2015 & 2016) . But I do have to tell you that it would be a little challenging because you are going to travel to a lot of places in one month. But then again everything would be worth it!

DO IT

I met people (in the program) that I will probably keep in touch with for a long time. It is very important that when you go abroad, you make an effort to immerse yourself in the foreign cultures. Try new foods, meet new people, do new things, attempt to speak a foreign language, etc. Studying abroad should be a requirement. Living in such a different culture is incredibly exciting and intellectually stimulating and MUST be experienced by every student.

What would you improve about this program?
Rent rooms for full month so that packing isn't as much of a pain in the butt....
Do less walking tours OR give more free time. The best way to experience another culture is by getting "lost" in the city.

What is your favorite travel memory?

studying abroad with Voyager

My favorite travel memory is a bit difficult to identify, there are too many. From meeting new friends everyday, to the amazing professional and cultural visits, tapas tasting, cooking classes, nightlight with people from all over the world, sharing experiences. My favorite travel memory is all of my travel experiences.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have learned how to develop my leadership skills, conflict and negotiation skills as well as always finding quick solutions. Working for Voyager Study Abroad has allowed me to develop more multi-cultural awareness and adaptability.

Being incredibly open-minded to different countries, cultures, languages, foods and traveling has been a huge influence while working for this incredible company. I have continued to improve my languages and learn some more on the way. The staff has motivated me to grow and my love for travel has made me more culturally interested.

I am now living in Monaco on the French Riviera completing my MBA in a top international business school through an incredible program that I would have never gotten into without my history of studying abroad with Voyager Europe. The university was impressed with all of the professional, cultural visits, and the ability to study abroad and visit so many places in such a short time in an educational and professional experience.

Studying abroad and now living abroad has taught me that you should do it while you can. You should travel as much as you can while you're able which is now.

Studying abroad is the best time and I couldn't have grown and developed more as a person. I am now going to open up my own business as soon as graduation comes closer, and I can't wait! All of my dreams are coming true, I am traveling, independent, have made so many friends across the globe, and have gained so many leadership qualities, studying abroad and working for this amazing company.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The change into leadership and growth. I have seen students change immensely from the first day they land in their first country to the last day they leave from our last stop.

Specifically one student was completely changed from being incredibly shy to the most outgoing, independent, culturally aware leader. It is such a beautiful experience to be a part of.

People grow and are able to learn so much, it is something I am grateful to witness and share with students from all over the world.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

It is so difficult to choose I think every opportunity life offers is amazing, so I take whatever life throws my way. In both of our programs, you get to see the world, you have an amazing life experience, you make lifelong friends, you gain personal development, it helps you in your future with admissions is further studies, job opportunities open up, you learn more about yourself, you learn new languages, you expose yourself to cultures, and finally you learn and become educated.

Voyager Europe gives you the full Euro-trip experience. I've been lucky enough to do Voyager Europe twice. You get to travel to Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, etc. You get to see so many places, try so many different foods, and travel constantly. It's such an intellectually stimulating opportunity to study abroad on programs during which you travel around, which both of our programs offer. You're traveling around the world while learning. The world is your classroom.

The courses offered are also great! Learning outside of the book is just incredible. Actually being able to see something and experience it is nothing like simply reading it or watching a video. You're hearing the languages, the music, the smells, all of your senses are indulged. Voyager Study Abroad gives you hands on experiences. We don't just talk about the art and the culture of so many different countries, we physically go and immerse ourselves into the beautiful architecture, museums, streets of music and art.

We listen to the different languages, we become the different topics and class focuses. I have yet to join Voyager Spain, but it is incredible you have the ability to spend most of your time in one country, learn the language, and fully expose yourself into the Spanish culture, eat Spanish foods and learn about the Spanish ways.

Through Voyager Spain, you can immerse yourself fully into their culture by spending more time in one place exploring that location, but again you travel all throughout Spain so you are able to explore not just Madrid or Barcelona, but Segovia, Toledo, Seville, etc.

Studying abroad is the most incredible and more unforgettable memory you will probably have. You're living in other countries, you're learning new perspectives, and you learn to be independent in both programs.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Our company is unique because our programs include everything. We give the students what they want. We tailor the programs to be everything you want to do when you're in Europe. We visit so many incredible companies, government organizations, museums and have fun visits as well.

We give the students everything we can. With our programs there are no surprise costs, we cover everything we say we will cover. When we say we have a first class program, it's true! Staying in beautiful four star hotels, eating delicious breakfast buffets. Trust me, I've done the program twice!

What makes our company unique is the special attention we give each individual student, to the utmost of our abilities to provide an incredible life-changing experience for each student. We don't look at this as a job we enjoy doing this.

We love to be a part of students growth and development. Our team is the most dedicated team I have ever seen. We are all positive and problem solvers, always making the most of every moment.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Our biggest success is not looking at this amazing opportunity for students as a company, it's looking at it as a life-changing experience. We know how important it is to travel and open your eyes to the world, immerse yourselves in different cultures.

We see the positive changes in students, who become natural travelers and are able to do things on their own at the end. They become comfortable traveling and trying new things. We want to be able to share that experience and help students see the beauty we see in life, traveling and learning.

Our company focuses on student needs and wants. We love traveling and want to share our love for traveling. This opportunity is a must do and we know this.
