Can the program be as short as 2-3 weeks?

It is possible to do a short program, but I wouldn't necessarily advise it. It all depends what you want out the trip. In the first couple of weeks you learn how to dive and get your open water and Advance diver qualifications. Beyond the 2 week stage you start to explore the reef a lot more, do marine surveys and start further dive qualifications. To get the most out of the experience I think it's best to do a long term stay, however you will enjoy your time on the island no matter how long or short it is. Definitely recommend this trip!

Yes it can, the project can be as short as 2 weeks up to 12, but if you want to get the most out of the project you’re best going for a longer stint. If you’re not a qualified diver or you want to learn more about the science and take part in the surveys then you would really benefit from going for maybe 4-6 weeks, or even the whole 12 weeks.
