Did any of you stay in the Surrey Quays area? If so, will you provide specific details about your housing experience?

Yes I did stay in Surrey Quays! It was very close to a bus route that took you to Canada Water tube station which you could then use the Overground and Subway. It was also very close to Tesco (your local grocery store) as well as Sainsbury (another supermarket option).
I lived in a five bedroom flat with four other girls. Our one room was empty for part of my stay as there is often students entering/exiting at different times. It was always exciting to meet your newest roommate and hear about where they were from and what brought them to London. We were within walking distance to our bus stop and everyone was very friendly. I shared a bathroom with two other girls and we were all very respectful with bathroom times. The kitchen was always clean and everyone rotated doing the garbage.
Our flat was cleaned once a week by cleaning staff. They do not clean your dishes, but they do ensure your bathroom is cleaned as well as the floors.
