A TEFL certificate is not mandatory but experience with teaching or in a summer camp environment is.

No you do not need to have an English degree of any kind - just an enthusiasm to teach children and fluent English yourself!

The chances of living together are very slim as you are living with host families who probably don't have room to accomodate two people, also you travel to different camps every two weeks and you may not be in the same towns or cities all the time. It is something you should write on your application so that Ashley and Nate (the bosses) know and see if they are willing to accomodate the two of you...

No age limit. The average age of tutors seems to be around 23. There were tutors that were in there 30s. Age is not a limit, just be willing to stay active!

Most I would say are still at university, but I know at least 3 people including myself who are returning this summer who are graduates. I'll be 25 this summer and returning. Scary thought as I was 21 during my first summer!
