My favourite trip was to Lisbon, Portugal. Madrid is so central in Europe that travelling on weekends is so easy. I spent 3 days in Lisbon and although the weather wasn't great, there was so much touristy stuff to do. We went on a walking tour where we saw the city's major landmarks, and we also did a pub crawl where we met people from all over the world.
Overall, Lisbon is definetly a city you must visit
