I recently did a week of intensive classes at Expanish school in Malaga and it was absolutely fantastic. It has helped me gain confidence in my Spanish abilities and helped me to prepare for my final year of university as a Spanish degree student. The classes are very well prepared and improve your Spanish overall while keeping it engaging and fun. I stayed in a homestay, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the conversation allowed me to practice more Spanish outside of the classroom, and my host last was so lovely.

I spent two weeks in Málaga at Expanish and I have to say that these two weeks were absolutely wonderful!

• The booking process was easy to manage with the great advice of the helpful and polite staff who explained everything really well
• At Expanish Málaga, all the staff were absolutely friendly as well. The atmosphere at the school was super nice - Right from the moment I entered Expanish Málaga, I just felt so so so welcome there
• The Spanish lessons and school activities were great as well! I learned a lot and got to meet so many amazing people
• During my stay in Málaga, I stayed at a student residence. The room was clean and had everything that I needed during these two weeks.

Overall, it was an incredible experience - maybe one of the best travel experiences I've had so far! I'll never forget that! ¡Muchas gracias!

Genuinely the best experience and was more than I could've ever imagined. In three months Expanish got me from an A2 level to a B2. The teachers teach in such a effective way and I can not thank the school enough for everything! The ONLY problem I had was with the student housing. There is no communication when someone new will arrive to your flat and I felt the school had brushed off multiple complaints many of my flatmates and I had sent in about a few things. Overall, an amazing and unforgettable experience that you will not regret at all!

My experience with Expanish was great! I stayed two weeks at the school and I learned a lot! I really enjoyed all the afternoon activities that Isa was in charge of. She is a very open and kind person and creates an environment where you feel safe and can have fun! <3 I also really liked the different programs that were offered!

I would definitely recommend the school and especially participating in the activities to anyone! It was really a very memorable experience, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Ich hatte sehr viel Spaß bei Expanish um Spanisch zu lernen. Allerdings hatte ich das inklusivpaket gebucht mit Spanish in de City und fande dies ein wenig unnötig, da ich dort nicht mehr wirklich viel dazu gelernt habe. Außerdem hatte ich in der 3. Woche die Lehrerin Monica.

Mit ihr war der ganze Kurs nicht so zufrieden da sie uns nicht wirklich viel neues beigebracht hat und an 3 Tagen über Klamotten geredet hat. Als Beispiel. Aber alles in einem würde ich es sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!!

I had a lot of fun learning Spanish at Expanish. However, I booked the inclusive package with Spanish in the City and found it a bit unnecessary, as I didn't really learn much there. Also, I had a teacher named Monica in the third week.

I wasn't very happy with the whole course because she didn't really teach us much new and spent three days talking about clothes, for example. But all in all, I would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!!

I love the environment in Expanish created by the people working there, everyone was very sweet and welcoming, they were very approachable and kind! I loved coming to expanish after class to eat or do homework and watching TSITP is definitely a core memory! My Spanish professor Rosana was the sweetest person ever, truly a beautiful person! Jio was very sweet and lovely and I always liked seeing her and Julia was also so sweet and funnn! Gabriel was always so nice, always with a smile very sweet! Everybody was lovely overall!

I only participated for a week in the language course but enjoyed the small class environment and found the content relevant. It was just a shame that i had some severe migraines that week and could not focus as well as I wanted to. The teachers were knowledgable and the students all friendly. A great campus with helpful staff and fun activities planned throughout the week for newcomers. I had a great time overall and would recommend to other students looking to learn Spanish on site and improve.

I was in the 30+ program, and it really made a positive difference. My classmates were friendly, and we were all at the same level. I didn't feel like I had to compete (maybe that's just me). Unfortunately, the barrio of Barcelona where I was staying was having its summer week long celebration, so for one whole week there was loud music right outside my window. I slept through it for the most part. On the other hand, at 1:45 one morning, I was awoken by some female singer with an amazing voice! I wish I could have found out who she was.

I would like to return to this school again.

I stayed 3 weeks and had a great teacher, and the organization was perfect. The size, table, and acoustics of the schoolroom were not comfortable. The standard would be U-shaped. The exploration of the city in the afternoon was disappointing because I felt that the teachers had no interest/skin in the game and the exercises were dull and not interactive. The co-working space on the top was great. The open activities during the week were fun and a good way to learn about people and the city. The Asado was riquissimo :)

Truly the staff at the Malaga school is amazing. I was supported and learned so much from them. They are so kind and helpful. I cannot wait until I can go back for more classes. It really does feel like a family and the staff/teachers want to be there. The teachers are very good at what they do. They always have activiteis or games to help make the material more fun. They also have great activites every week to get to know the city and to learn about the culture. I love the variety and it makes it easier to get to know the students in the school.
