I had one of the best experiences of my life during my internship at Medulin Excursions Sandra. I spent five incredible months there. I came with the aim of improving my English and German language skills. I lived and worked with people from all over the world! Working with a multicultural team is a real opportunity, and I was able to make friends from all over the world! My bosses also helped me improve my English, and now I no longer have any trouble communicating in a foreign language! Living in Medulin is a real opportunity, as you can work while enjoying an idyllic setting! If you are motivated, sociable and love adventure, I highly recommend this experience! If I were you, I wouldn't risk missing out on it.

I am very satisfied with my experience working as a sales representative/booker at Medulin Excursions Sandra. This internship is an ideal opportunity for people with strong language skills who want to put them into practice. Personally, I improved my German significantly during these two months. Although I had studied it for six years at school, using it daily with clients gave me much more confidence in real-life communication.

The work ambiance was extremely pleasant, and the team created a motivating and supportive environment. Even though the days were often hot and demanding, the motivation to perform well remained very high thanks to the positive spirit of my colleagues.

During my 3-month internship in Medulin, I was fortunate to have a highly supportive boss and colleagues encouraged growth and made every challenge feel like an opportunity to learn. Their guidance and constructive feedback were instrumental in building my confidence and skills.

For the first time ever in my life I've experienced how does it feel to be a seasonal worker abroad. When I arrived at the beginning of June I was pretty nervous - everything was brand new for me. First of all I had to learn what am I actually offering and also how should I promote that offer. Now I can say my arrival was perfectly timed - high season started in the second half of June so I had enough time to learn everything and fully use all those skills during July and August.
There's no need to be worried - all of your colleagues are trying to help you with everything. At least it was like that in my case - I was lucky enough to meet such an amazing group of people who I wouldn't call just colleagues, but also friends. We spent a lot of time together not just at work, but also in our free time which moved my summer experience in Medulin to completely different level.
Being a sales representative during high season in Medulin can be exhausting - you can work in high temperatures for many hours almost every day... But if you'll accept those conditions, will listen advice from your more experienced colleagues and will improve your sales skills, then it'll really pay off.
This internship was without any doubts the biggest challenge of my life so far. And the feeling I succeeded is wonderful. This experience helped me not just professionally, but especially personally. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of the crew, Medulin Excursions!

I had an amazing experience working as an animator at Medulin Excursions Sandra, a company that specializes in boat trips in Medulin, Croatia. This job was not only fun but also very rewarding.

Working on the boat allowed me to interact with many different people, both locals and tourists. This was a great opportunity to practice my language skills. I started learning new phrases in different languages, which helped me connect better with our guests.

As an animator, my main role was to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone on board. This experience taught me how to be more outgoing and confident. I learned how to speak in front of a crowd and keep their attention, which is a skill I will carry with me in the future.

One of the best parts of my job was the beautiful scenery. The boat trips took us to stunning locations along the coast, where we could swim and explore. Each trip was unique, and I always looked forward to the next adventure.

Working at Medulin Excursions Sandra also allowed me to meet incredible people. I made great friends with my colleagues, and we supported each other throughout the season. We shared many laughs and created bonds. Being part of such a close-knit team made my job even more enjoyable.

Sometimes, unexpected situations arose, like changes in the weather or special requests from guests. I learned to think on my feet and adapt to whatever came my way. I went to Medulin Excursions to work from may to september without having so much experience and I really learn thanks to the crew and my colleagues, who always were ready to help everyone, how to manage people in all kind of situations and all about the position. I improved my English, and thanks to this I want to learn also Italian and maybe Deutsch.
I learnt a lot about the job but honestly I also grew up in a personal way.
I recommend to try this program even though its a hard work, because it's really worth it.

Working for Team Sandra this summer have been a great adventure for me. I worked as a sales manager/booker which has improved my language and communication skills, problem solving skills, and overall, my confindence. Working in this field made me step out of my comfort zone, completely.

As a booker you have to stand a lot, write tons of flyers, answering questions, and interact with potencial costumers, here you will have the opportunity to know the world only by speaking with people from diferent nacionalities.
The team work and support here, is amazing, everyone is usually willing to help you when needed, with presentations, bookings, answering questions, etc.

As a booker, you are working for the company, but you are also working for yourself, you're rewarded by your effort. Don't expect this to be an easy, no stress and low effort job, it's not, cause you will just get rewarded by the effort you put into it, so learn, focus and kill conpetition!🤫
You will hear a lot of no's, mainly in the beginning, but once you get your first "yes", everything will change, you will gain confidence, feel more motivated, which will guide to the sucess.

This job gave me and will give you experience, sales knowledge, huge personal growth, friends and great memories that will last a lifetime, so don't lose this opportunity, cause I won't also!

The programme is an ideal place for students. A multicultural environment, colleagues from different countries, a flexible schedule, the possibility to come for 2,3 or 6 months - all this is provided by the host organisation.
The programme is a mixture between work and a vacation. It is definetely a good place to meet new people, learn new languages or improve that level that you have now.

Free accommodation, an opportunity to spend your summer on a boat, meeting new people and helpful managers - that are the reasons why i would highly recommend this programme.
