I have to say that working as a sales representative in this company seemed to be a perfect opportunity from the whole begining.
International vibe, multi cultural enviroment, everyday communication with people from all around the globe and beautiful Medulin itself give you special kind of feeling.
You can discover some new stuff, improve your language and presentation skills, learn about sales and practice it every day.
Prior my arriving to Medulin i was well informed from a company and everything was like they previously said.
In your free time you can explore Istria region which has so so much to offer, beautiful places,cities,beaches,bike paths,camping places etc..
If you decide to go for it be prepared for

I worked as an animator last year, and it was a really great experience.
The work is not easy, especially in season, but it is a lot of fun.
You meet new people, learn new languages, and learn new skills.
I traveled around Istria and visited really beautiful landscapes.
We got accommodation that was close to work, and we also had food on board! :)
Everyone wants to help you adapt and learn the job as soon as possible!
The team is great and very helpful!

I was working as an sales manager in Madulin Excursions and I an say that was one of the best decision in my life. Working with amazing team and have support from Sinisa and Jelina all the time was incredible experience. This job was really helpful, I learned German and Italian, bulid up my confidence and negotiate skills.
I have one of the best summer in my life when I say that I really mean that, I have oportnity to travel and enjoyed in Istra. I met incredible people and made friends for life.

I found this summer job in 2018 when I was still attending college. On the first days I had some difficulties with my confidence to approach people , but I had supportive people around me who gave me useful tips, so by time I started to have more and more confidence in selling. By the end of the season I earned a lot better than what I expected.
This was many years ago. But I come back year by year. It is very fitting to me to do this job during the summer, because I am an artist and with contemporary art I don’t earn enough to sustain myself. With this job I can make a solid base for and be more free throughout the rest of the year. It works for me!

Enjoying Istria and seeing it's beauty in best possible way, internship with Medulin excursions. Met so many incredible people that I will never forget and that will remain in my heart forever, Siniša was always helpful with his feedback on our performances and unlimited motivation he gave us. Along with experience and natural beauty of Istria, we had secured safe accommodation and salary, which is not a regular thing in students life. The internship in Medulin Excursions Sandra expanded my knowledge in direct marketing and direct communication with customers of different age groups, various nationalities and diverse backgrounds. It enhanced my creativity and critical thinking skills, as I was put in situations to act in the moment and come up with a solution to a certain problem. The challenges I encountered during my internship at Medulin Excursions Sandra, served as important learning opportunities and contributed to my character development. This internship was an excellent opportunity for meeting people from the tourism industry, as well as meeting friends for life.
