I've just returned from my travels across Asia, and the experience at the Turtle Conservation Centre will stay with me forever. Collaborating with such wonderful people at the Centre, who became friends I looked forward to seeing and talking to every day, has left an indelible mark on my heart. Each person there has made a lasting impression. Being in close contact with the turtles, understanding their behaviors and what we can do in our daily lives to help and protect them, witnessing baby turtles hatch and aiding them out of the sand, and sharing the knowledge I gained with other visitors was profoundly impactful. Meeting new people, witnessing the stunning landscapes and places during my journey - all these elements have etched a permanent place in my mind, heart, and soul. A heartfelt thanks to Bali and everyone there; it was an absolute pleasure working with all of you. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. ❤️

My trip to Madagascar was absolutely fantastic. The children at the school were incredibly engaged in their learning. This time, I realized the importance of bringing along a lot more picture books, something I hadn't focused on enough during my previous trips. We had a routine where, after working on English spelling and writing words, we would read a picture book each day. I would read a page in English, and then Gabriel, one of the local workers, would explain it in Malagasy/French. It was wonderful to be able to show the students the artwork in these books, as their usual lessons mostly involve chalkboard exercises. In all the schools I've taught at, I've observed a challenge with imaginative tasks and drawing. A large number of students seem unsure or surprised when I encourage them to 'write a good sentence and then draw a picture to accompany it'. Therefore, my intention with the picture books was to introduce them to art and inspire their creativity.

Beginning with where to start, the tour was absolutely top-notch from beginning to end. Ba Huy, the tour guide, was just brilliant – always there when you rang him up, and exceptionally supportive whenever required. He clearly loves Vietnam and provided us with loads of information and history about the country. The entire experience of the tour was nothing short of fantastic. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking to explore Vietnam. Opt for Backpacking Tours, and you won't be disappointed.

An amazing time? Absolutely. Our tour guide, Huy, was incredible, going above and beyond for all of us. He ensured that we saw every single thing on our list, showcasing his remarkable knowledge of Vietnam. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone even thinking about it. The amount of fun we had, it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The people we met were so lovely, and I'm deeply thankful to Huy for giving us a tour of his beautiful country. Already looking forward to my next visit back there. The sights, the sounds, the whole experience was just unforgettable. Huy's passion and dedication really made the trip special.

Absolutely fantastic, this trip has been one of the most amazing and life-changing experiences I've had, from the very start to the final moment. The blend of adventure and relaxation is just perfect, catering to diverse tastes and making every moment memorable. The activities are incredible, ranging from nature explorations including waterfalls, national parks, to the most rewarding local school visits. Our guide, S, is a great tour guide anyone could wish for, always ready for a party and an all-around fantastic individual. His attention to detail and the fun he brings to the trip set this tour apart. It's a comprehensive experience that I'd strongly urge everyone to experience. I would recommend this tour company to everyone, especially the Thailand trip.

My only regret is not doing this sooner! Just returned from three amazing weeks in Bali. The tour guides were fantastic and went out of their way at all times to ensure we were having the best possible time. We covered everything on the itinerary and were even able to add in extra activities on our free days, which the tour guides kindly took us to. At 31, I was anxious about being the oldest in the group, but we were all so like-minded that this was never an issue, and I will definitely be joining another tour in the future.

The backpacking trip to Bali exceeded our expectations. This was mine and Liam's first time traveling, but the tour guides helped us settle in. All the activities were organized perfectly, the transport to and from each destination was always on time, and it helped massively with all the luggage we had. We visited 3 islands on the tour, with all boat trips to and from each island included, and no problems. We both had an amazing time and met some fantastic people. The tour guides are extremely helpful and friendly, and they are the reason our experience was special. Supry, Ima, and Putu made us feel welcome in Bali right from the very start, and our only regret is that we cannot stay for longer!

It was the most incredible 3 weeks in Thailand, and I have to say, if you're wondering whether to go on a tour with this company, DO IT! I was quite scared about the idea of going alone at first, but it is by far the best decision I have made. Right from the start, I felt safe and welcomed by everyone. I was lucky to be in a group with amazing people who all got along so well. S, the tour guide, was the best tour guide possible, and I can't think of anything he could do to be any better. He was always there to have a laugh and boost your energy (new battery!), but he also made you feel so looked after and safe. I will forever be grateful to S for this amazing tour and the memories he's given us. I can't wait to see him again.

The variety of activities suited everyone, and there was enough free time to do extra stuff in smaller groups. I couldn't recommend the Thailand tour enough. Great country, great tour, great people, and a great tour guide!

Just got back from the most amazing 3 weeks in Thailand. I can't reccomend this tour enough, it was so well organised, and such an excellent way to experience an amazing country, trying all the wonderful food and exploring so many different areas!
The trip wouldn't have been the same without our tour guide, S. He went above and beyond for our group and made our experience so wonderful, one we will never forget! He really looked after us and gelled the group together.

Also, shout out to our driver, Benz, who really took care of us and made the traveling around so stress-free. When our train broke down, Benz came to pick us up and drove the extra 7 hours to take us to the next destination.
