Spend six weeks in Costa Rica studying Environmental Science and Biology in one of the most biodiverse countries in the world. Through Expanish’s summer program at Veritas University in San José, students earn 6 U.S. credits while exploring topics like marine biology, tropical ecology, and sustainable development.

Courses are taught in English and include hands-on learning both in the classroom and in nature. Optional evening Spanish classes help support cultural immersion. You’ll enjoy unique activities like a Costa Rican cooking class, salsa dance lesson, and a one-day trip to Arenal Volcano and hot springs.
