About Program

The Sciences Po Summer School's University Programme a unique opportunity for students from all over the world to study social sciences and/or French language at Sciences Po, France’s leading university in the social sciences.

Held in two separate sessions during the months of June and July, the Summer School offers two academic programs: a social sciences track and a French language track. Students may participate in one or both sessions; both tracks are offered each session.

Students of the social sciences track choose one class of intensive study, taught by Sciences Po professors, for the duration of the session. Students in the French language track take multiple classes at one of six levels adapted to their knowledge of French.

Held at Sciences Po's Paris campus, the Summer School takes full advantage of its location at the heart of the French capital. Classroom learning is extended through trips to historic sites, Parisian neighborhoods, and a variety of cultural events.
