About Program

HISA offers accredited spring and fall semester programs located on Paros Island, one of the gems of the Cycladic Island group in Greece. Often thought of as the artists island, Paros is an adventurous setting where students can grow in their technical knowledge and expertise while expanding cultural understanding in a safe and organized institution.

At HISA, students have flexibility and freedom to grow, while maintaining a challenging academic environment. During the semester, students live in individual housing a short walk from Livadia Beach and attend classes in our renovated Azari Merchant House Studio Class Compound.

Students travel throughout the Cycladic Islands, with an option of visiting Croatia during midterm. Highlighted courses include Creative Writing, Cycladic Arts and Culture, Studio Arts, Photography, Interrelated Media, Film Studies, Modern Greek and Literature. Check out our other courses on our website.
