US$2,950 per person for the full two-week stay. This price is based on 15 participants and is subject to change depending on the number of participants. Our pricing breakdown is transparent so that our guests understand their role and impact; donations to local organizations and fair payments to the people we visit are included in our pricing. In the past, participants have had great success fundraising to cover the costs of this trip. HC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, meaning that donations made to HC on your behalf may be tax deductible!

About Program

Human Connections is a non-profit organization founded on the notion that seeing the world from diverse perspectives inspires vision, innovation, and action towards lasting social change. We run Global Engagement Trips (GETs) throughout Latin America, which are designed for university-age youth who hope to learn from real people who have experience - positive and negative - with an otherwise academic topic.

We'll be hosting a Microfinance, Entrepreneurship, and Development Trip in Peru, starting on May 15, 2016 and running until May 27, 2016. Moving education out of the classroom and into the field, this trip brings hands-on learning, cultural immersion, real relationships, community impact, and once-in-a-lifetime adventure to the conscious and curious traveler.
