Iowa State University offers this exciting chance for ISU students to exchange at Middle East Tech University (METU) in Ankara, Turkey. METU was founded in 1956, and has grown to a large student body of over 23,000 students, along with over 1,400 researchers. Courses are taught in English in a huge range of disciplines, so finding a course of study consistent with your needs should be easy. Being an exchange program, the normal ISU tuition and fees covers the cost of the program.

Ankara is the capital city of Turkey, although it is not quite as populated as Istanbul.
