Gastronomicom is a Culinary Academy teaching French cooking and French pastry level one Michelin star with highly skilled and experienced teachers.
Our programs are designed for beginner, intermediate or advanced students who are looking to learn or improve their skills in French cooking or French pastry.
We offer 3 programs either in Cooking or in Pastry. Gourmet is a 1 month program, Epicure 2 months and Gastronomic 3 months. Students attend hands on classes 5 days a week for 4 hours per day, week-ends are free.
The student outcomes include new recipes, high creativity, lots of cooking tips, teamwork and a memorable experience.
