Canoe, catamaran, and camp along the Mississippi river while developing a research project and participating in immersive, unique classes. This customized study away program focuses on the areas of environmental justice, sustainable agricultural, ecological restoration, and the food, music, and culture of the American heartland. This is an extended outdoor experience, so be prepared for camping under the stars, and making friends around a campfire with fellow classmates.
