About Program
The Commonwealth Teacher Exchange Programme (CTEP) has been around for 100 years and now managed by the Commonwealth Youth Exchange Council. CTEP is recognized by the UK Government for providing Tier 5 visas that allow foreign teachers to work in the UK. Similar priority is given to UK teachers needing to receive visas on exchange basis posts. CTEP allows teachers to explore their personal and professional growth by participating in a teacher exchange program for a school year.
