No, I don't recommend this program

Kids were great, but administration made experience horrible

Worked at this school for a year and a half. The administration only cared about the appearance of the school not the actually quality of the teachers. Personally witnessed administrators requesting grade changes so that the final grades were not too low or high. Also personally knew that American High School Diplomas were given to students who did not meet all the requirements (failed a course or two, or just qualified for the Guatemalan equivalent). Disciplinary actions were inconsistent and students did not receive punishment for serious offenses if they had siblings and the school would lose the income from all members of the family leaving the school. Personally knew of cases where students should have been expelled but remained at the school without any type of punishment. Barely any disciplinary action occurred when plagiarism was reported, but if students forgot their belt they were sent to study hall the whole day and were not allowed to take tests or quizzes, so they essentially were given another day to prepare...
