Based at a dedicated turtle conservation centre in Huidong, this program supports four different species of sea turtles. Although English is part of the school curriculum from a young age, many areas in China still face a shortage of qualified English teachers. This is where your support can make a big difference. You’ll help students improve their basic English skills through fun, engaging methods such as songs, games, and simple conversational activities. You may also lead creative sessions including drawing, colouring, writing, sports, and crafts.
Located in the tranquil village of Fengyan near Guilin, this cultural immersion week offers a meaningful introduction to rural Chinese life. Surrounded by natural beauty and rich heritage, you’ll explore traditional villages, visit important cultural landmarks such as a Confucius temple and a Guan Gong temple, browse local fairs, and discover the stunning landscapes of the region.
