You’ll be working in government-run kindergartens, supporting kids aged 2 to 5 through fun, play-based learning while helping introduce basic English skills. Help with classroom activities, engaging in creative lessons, and assisting with caregiving tasks like meal prep, feeding, and supervising nap time.

As a volunteer, you’ll assist local teachers in primary and secondary schools around Cartagena, helping to create fun, interactive lessons in subjects like English, music, sports, arts, and math. You’ll use creativity to support classroom learning, organize extracurricular activities, and foster cultural exchange with students aged 5 to 13.

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) skills are more important than ever in today’s fast-changing world, opening doors to exciting careers and lifelong learning. Through this program, we help strengthen STEM education in local schools around Cartagena by delivering hands-on lessons and providing much-needed resources like computers and laptops.

Help improve public spaces and support environmental efforts. Tasks may include painting buildings, assisting with construction, restoring green areas, and participating in clean-up or sustainability projects like bio-gardening. For volunteers staying more than a week, the work is varied and hands-on, offering a dynamic way to make a real impact alongside local communities.
