Make a Difference in the Community of Nuevo Renacer, Dominican Republic

About Program
Participants will spend the week living in the community of Nuevo Renacer, and will work directly with the community to build a house for a family who is currently living in insufficient conditions. Participants will immerse themselves in all aspects of the community, interact with the children, visit the local school and boys and girls club, and support other community development projects to leave a positive impact on the community.

The Dominican Republic shares the island Hispaniola with Haiti (the DR is to the right, Haiti to the left), and is a hot spot for beaching, staying at resorts, and living a Caribbean lifestyle. Close to Miami, with a diverse population and Creole cuisine, this island is a popular tourist destination filled with all sorts of adventures.
