About Program

For over 10 years SOS has worked with local organizations in Central and South America to facilitate partnerships with communities in need of educational infrastructure and young North American students. Travel to Chixal in Guatemala for a week in February 2017 to help build a computer lab. Volunteers will contribute their physical labour as they help on-site construction staff with a variety of tasks. The value of the construction project is huge, but even larger is the value of the impact on community members and volunteers as they collaborate together.
