About Program
The Self-Realization Volunteer Program is very unique and affordable for everyone. It has two main directions: volunteering and self-discovery. During all the time with Vital Force, you will be able to learn about Mayan traditions, plants, recycling, bring happiness and colors to the children, whom you're going teach English to, as well as have the opportunity to improve your Spanish skills. We will also visit Mayan ruins.
A beautiful day will start with practicing yoga, meditation, pranayama or fitness exercises. We will have community time around the fire pit and healthy and tasty vegan food.

Location
Antigua was the capital of Guatemala prior to a major earthquake that left most of the city in ruins. Guatemala city then became the capital, and Antigua city returned into a small town until the whole city was deemed a UNESCO world heritage site. Attractions include monuments and buildings, as they preserve Guatemala's historical beauty and showcase the Spanish influence in the area.
