About Program

Our Volunteer Teaching and Safari program is based in a Maasai village near Masai Mara National Reserve. Participants stay at a camp a few minutes away from the school. Each morning they walk to school together with the local students.
This teaching program is suitable for individuals seeking an adventurous trip with a purpose, anyone on a summer vacation, gap year students, digital nomads, explorers, professionals on career breaks, and retired individuals.
The program offers volunteers an opportunity to explore the Mara region and other places in Kenya while positively impacting the lives of community members. They meet and work alongside local Kenyans, allowing them to learn about the culture and way of life in Masai Mara. Local Maasai people manage the camp that hosts volunteers, thus providing opportunities to interact and socialize—especially at night, around a bonfire.
