About Program
Many urban children come from broken families or arrive in new cities alone as a result of conflict, trafficking or economic hardship. Many of these children sleep rough every night and become involved in illegal activities in order to feed and clothe themselves.
We have 4 projects to choose from:
Street Children Rehabilitation Project,
Orphanage Care (Mama Charity & Vogan orphanage (village))
Teaching (for this project it's necessary to speak French and have previous teaching experience)
Football/Sport Coaching Street Children at the beach (main aim is to try and get the boys who went back to the streets to school)
We’re just at the beginning, so we’re open for everything and if you have any creative idea for your own project, we’d probably go for it!
You will be staying in a shared volunteer house with an amazing rooftop terrace with people from all around the world which gives you a great opportunity to interact and make new friends.
Consider your impact: Volunteering abroad can be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and local communities, and at Go Overseas, we believe all volunteers should have the resources to make informed decisions about the type of volunteer project they want to partake in.
