About Program
Mostly rural areas in this country Uganda, need comprehensive involvement of rural communities to improve healthcare outcomes. Communities must be encouraged to seek out available health systems in order to better prevent the unnecessary spread of disease. RRHS was created in 2005 to address this need.

To contribute towards raising the living standards of the rural communities by extending health care services near to the people.

To have every household having all the health amenities, acceptable health records and reduced morbidity and mortality rates in the community by 2020.
