As an Education Monitoring & Learning Support Volunteer, you will support the education team to track learning progress and strengthen program quality. Based at the community center, you will help document participation, learning outcomes, and impact stories that guide improvement and accountability.

• Support attendance tracking and basic learning assessments
• Assist with simple data tools and monitoring systems
• Help document learner progress and community impact stories
• Work with staff to reflect on what’s working and where to improve
