Price Details
Program fees covers for the followings:
Full Board – Safe, clean, comfortable local housing, inspected by our local project coordinator
Meals: 3 meals per day - Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Special meals at request.
Airport pick up - by our CDF project coordinator (At any time, any day!)
Guidance and support of a local project coordinator, 24/7 in case of emergency
Orientation/city briefing on arrival by our CDF project coordinator.
Placement in a quality project, allowing you to maximize your time and efforts in a good cause.
Transfer to project site with our CDF project coordinator. Includes introduction to local staff and community members with whom you will be working with.
Personalized Volunteer Service Award certificate of achievement.
Letter of completion or recommendation from Covenant Development Foundation
Not included: Airfare and travel expenses; passports, entry/customs requirements, all applicable visa fees, airport departure taxes, travel medical insurance, meals outside the program, sightseeing and free-time expenses, items of personal nature (such as laundry, medicine, phone calls, entertainment etc).Note: Also if you are planning to volunteer as a group, you get a discount on your program fee costs.

About Program

Covenant Development Foundation (CDF) is an independent, indigenous, non-political, Community Based Organization (CBO) with a primary mission to provide education to poor, disadvantaged and neglected orphans whose parents have died of HIV/AIDS. We aim to help their families to overcome poverty and hopelessness in Uganda through helping them initiate sustainable income generating projects.
